フランチェスカ・マルレーネ・デ・チャーニ・フォン・ゲルバー（1931年9月4日 - 2024年10月17日）、プロとしてはミッツィ・ゲイナーとして知られる、ハンガリー系のアメリカ人女優、歌手、ダンサーでした。軽音楽の主演女優として、明るい目を持つ彼女は『南太平洋』（1958年）で最もよく知られており、この作品でゴールデングローブ賞のミュージカルまたはコメディ部門の最優秀女優賞にノミネートされました。また、1960年代後半から1970年代初頭にかけて、成功を収めた年次音楽テレビスペシャルを数多くホストしました。1960年にはハリウッド・ウォーク・オブ・フェームに星を追加されました。
