経歴・プロフィール
ネルソン・ロリハラ・マンデラは、南アフリカの反アパルトヘイト革命家、政治家、慈善家であり、1994年から1999年まで南アフリカの大統領を務めました。彼は国の初の黒人最高責任者であり、完全に代表的な民主的選挙で選ばれた初の大統領でした。彼の政府は、制度的な人種差別に取り組み、人種和解を促進することでアパルトヘイトの遺産を解体することに焦点を当てました。政治的にはアフリカ民族主義者であり、民主的社会主義者で、1991年から1997年までアフリカ民族会議（ANC）党の大統領を務めました。
