ジェシー・ルイス・ジャクソン・シニア（1941年10月8日 - 2026年2月17日）は、アメリカの公民権活動家でバプテストの牧師でした。彼は1984年と1988年の民主党大統領候補に立候補し、1991年から1997年までワシントンD.C.のシャドー上院議員を務めました。彼はレインボー/PUSHを形成するために合併した両団体の創設者です。代表的なジェシー・ジャクソン・ジュニアは彼の長男です。2006年2月のAP-AOL「ブラック・ボイス」調査では、ジャクソンは「最も重要な黒人リーダー」に選ばれました。
