ウォーレン・マーチャント・オーツ（1928年7月5日 - 1982年4月3日）は、アメリカの俳優で、サム・ペキンパー監督の映画『ワイルドバンチ』（1969年）や『アルフレード・ガルシアの首を持って来い』（1974年）での演技で最も知られています。彼は1970年代初頭に多くの映画に出演し、その中にはカルト的な地位を得た『雇われた手』（1971年）、『ツー・レーン・ブラックトップ』（1971年）、『悪魔とのレース』（1975年）があります。オーツはまた、ヒット作『ストライプス』（1981年）でハルカ軍曹を演じました。
