レイ・ブルックスは、クラシックな子供向けアニメシリーズ『ミスター・ベン』のナレーターとして知られるイギリスの俳優であり、映画『ザ・ナック…そしてそれを手に入れる方法』、『ダーレクス - 地球侵略：2150年』、『キャシー・カム・ホーム』、そしてテレビシリーズ『ビッグ・ディール』や『グローイング・ペインズ』でも知られています。晩年には、BBCの長寿ソープオペラ『イーストエンダーズ』でアルバート・スクエアの常連ポーリーン・ファウラーの夫であり殺人者のジョー・メイサーを演じました。また、自伝を含むいくつかの本も執筆しました。彼は2025年8月9日に短い病気の後、86歳で亡くなりました。最晩年は認知症...
