シンシア・ロスロック（1957年3月8日生まれ）は、アメリカの武道家であり、武道映画の女優です。彼女は7つの武道スタイルで黒帯を保持しており、女優になる前は武道の高レベルの競技者でした。2014年には国際スポーツ殿堂に殿堂入りしました。2016年には武道史博物館から「武道の女王」という公式の称号を授与されました。 ロスロックはデラウェア州ウィルミントンで生まれ、13歳で武道のトレーニングを始めました。彼女は急速に昇進し、空手、キックボクシング、テコンドーの数々の選手権で優勝しました。1981年には型と武器の世界チャンピオンに選ばれました。 1985年、ロスロックはミシェル・ヨーと共に香港の...
