経歴・プロフィール
ハーヴィー・フォーブス・ファイアースタインは、アメリカの俳優、劇作家、声優です。ファイアースタインは、自身の戯曲『トーチソング・トリロジー』（ゲイのドラッグパフォーマーと彼の真実の愛と家族を求める旅について）で演劇部門のトニー賞最優秀主演男優賞を受賞し、ミュージカル『ヘアスプレー』でエドナ・ターニブラッドを演じてミュージカル部門のトニー賞最優秀主演男優賞を受賞しました。また、彼はミュージカル『ラ・カージュ・オ・フォール』の脚本も手がけ、ミュージカル部門のトニー賞最優秀脚本賞を受賞し、トニー賞受賞作『キンキー・ブーツ』の脚本も執筆しました。彼は2007年にアメリカ演劇殿堂に殿堂入りしました。
