経歴・プロフィール
ターゲセンはコネチカット州アイボリートンで生まれ、近くのディープリバーにあるバレー地域高校を卒業しました。彼は俳優になるためにニューヨークに移りました。マンハッタンのアメリカン・ミュージカル・アンド・ドラマティック・アカデミー（AMDA）の2年プログラムを卒業し、1986年から1989年までエンパイアダイナーで働いていました。
