ヘレン・モース（1947年1月24日生まれ）は、オーストラリアの女優で、映画、テレビ、舞台で活躍しています。 モースはイングランドのミドルセックス州ハロウ・オン・ザ・ヒルで生まれました。彼女は4人兄弟の中で最も年長で、両親は医者と看護師でした。ビクトリア州バーワードにある長老派女子大学で学び、シドニーのケンジントンにある国立演劇芸術院で演技を学びました。モースは1976年の映画『キャディ』での演技により、オーストラリア映画協会賞の主演女優賞を受賞しました。彼女の著名なスクリーンでの演技には、映画『ハンギング・ロックのピクニック』（1975年）やテレビミニシリーズ『ア・タウン・ライク・アリス』...
