レイモンド・"レイ"・ハリーハウゼン（1920年6月29日 - 2013年5月7日）は、アメリカの視覚効果クリエイター、作家、プロデューサーで、1960年から2013年の死去までイギリス・ロンドンに住んでいました。 彼は「ダイナメーション」として知られるストップモーションモデルアニメーションのブランドを創り出しました。彼の最も重要な作品には、アカデミー賞特別効果部門を受賞した『マイティ・ジョー・ヤング』、彼の初のカラー映画である『シンドバッドの7回目の航海』、そして七人の骸骨戦士との有名な剣の戦いを描いた『ジェイソンとアルゴナウタイ』が含まれます。
