トーマス・ビン・キン・チョン（1938年5月24日生まれ）は、カナダ系アメリカ人のコメディアン、俳優、ミュージシャンで、ヒッピー時代のストーナーを象徴的に描いたことで知られています。彼は、チーチ・マリンとのマリファナをテーマにした「チーチ＆チョン」コメディ映画への関与や、フォックスの「それ行け！70年代」に登場するレオというキャラクターで最も広く知られています。
