ルパート・フレイザー（1947年3月12日生まれ）は、イギリスの俳優です。1982年にリチャード・アッテンボローの『ガンジー』に出演しました。スティーブン・スピルバーグの『太陽の帝国』（1987年）では、主人公ジム（クリスチャン・ベール）の父親を演じています。
