ジェームズ・オーブリー・トレギドゴ（1947年8月28日 - 2010年4月6日）は、イギリスの舞台および映画俳優として知られる。彼はロンドンのドラマセンターで舞台の訓練を受けた後、1962年の『子供たちの島』のプロダクションでプロの演技デビューを果たし、1963年の『蝿の王』の映画版でスクリーンデビューを果たした。その後、ロイヤル・シェイクスピア・カンパニーでの演技も行った。
