マックス・フライシャー（1883年7月19日 - 1972年9月11日）は、ポーランド系ユダヤ人アメリカ人のアニメーター、発明家、映画監督、プロデューサーでした。 フライシャーはアニメーションカートゥーンの開発において先駆者であり、フライシャー・スタジオの責任者を務めました。彼はベティ・ブープ、ココ・ザ・クラウン、ポパイ、スーパーマンなどのアニメキャラクターを映画スクリーンに登場させ、ロトスコープを含むいくつかの技術革新にも関与しました。
