マーシャ・アン・ストラスマン（1948年4月28日 - 2014年10月24日）は、アメリカの女優および歌手です。彼女はテレビシリーズ『M*A*S*H』でマーギー・カトラー看護師を演じ、『ウェルカム・バック・コッター』でジュリー・コッターを、映画『ハニー、アイ・シュランク・ザ・キッズ』（1989年）でダイアン・ザリンスキーを演じました。
