ウォンガ・フィリップ「フィル」ハリス（1904年6月24日 - 1995年8月11日）は、アメリカの歌手、ソングライター、ジャズミュージシャン、俳優、コメディアンです。オーケストラのリーダーとして成功を収めたものの、ハリスは今日、ボーカリストとしての録音やアニメーションでの声の仕事で記憶されています（特にキャリアの後半には、ディズニーの『ジャングル・ブック』のバルーや、ディズニーの『ロビン・フッド』のリトル・ジョンなど、クマの役で最も有名です）。
