マイケル・エドワード・ミルズ（1958年12月17日生まれ）は、アメリカのマルチインストゥルメンタリスト、シンガー、作曲家であり、オルタナティブ・ロックバンドR.E.M.の創設メンバーです。主にR.E.M.のベースギタリストおよびバッキングボーカリストとして知られていますが、彼の音楽レパートリーにはキーボードや時折のリードボーカルも含まれています。彼はバンドの音楽作品の大多数に貢献し、正式な音楽教育を受けた唯一のメンバーです。
