ルドルフ・シェンカー（1948年8月31日生まれ）は、ドイツのギタリストで、ハードロックバンド「スコーピオンズ」の創設者です。彼はリズムギタリストであり、主な作曲家であり、バンドの最も長く在籍するオリジナルメンバーです。また、スコーピオンズ・ミュージック・プロダクション・ウント・フェルラグスゲゼルシャフトmbH（スコーピオンズ音楽制作および出版会社）のCEO/オーナー・マネージャーであり、下ザクセン州のスコーピオ・サウンド・スタジオのオーナー/創設者でもあります。
