ジャック・ウォーデン（本名ジョン・ウォーデン・レブゼルター・ジュニア；1920年9月18日 - 2006年7月19日）は、アメリカの俳優でした。彼は『シャンプー』（1975年）と『天国は待ってくれる』（1978年）でアカデミー賞助演男優賞にノミネートされました。前者ではBAFTA賞にもノミネートされ、ブライアンの歌（1971年）での演技によりプライムタイム・エミー賞を受賞しました。
