バージニア・キャスリン「ジーナ」ローランド（1930年6月19日 - 2024年8月14日）は、アメリカの女優です。エミー賞を4回、ゴールデングローブ賞を2回受賞した彼女は、故夫で俳優・監督のジョン・カサヴェテスとの10本の映画でのコラボレーションで知られています。代表作には『影響下の女』（1974年）や『グロリア』（1980年）があり、これらの作品でアカデミー賞最優秀女優賞にノミネートされました。また、『オープニング・ナイト』（1977年）では最優秀女優賞として銀熊賞を受賞しました。
