ポール・マッガン（1959年11月14日生まれ）は、イギリスの俳優で、主に『モノクルの反乱者』で主役を演じたことで知られています。また、『ウィズネイルと私』での役や、1996年の『ドクター・フー』テレビ映画で第八代ドクターを演じたことでも知られています。彼のキャラクターの化身が登場する他のメディアでも活躍しています。
