イアン・マッカロック（1939年11月18日生まれ）は、スコットランドの舞台、映画、テレビの俳優です。 マッカロックは、1975年から1977年に放送されたポストアポカリプスのテレビシリーズ『サバイバーズ』でのグレッグ・プレストン役や、ヨーロッパのジャンル映画での活躍で最も知られています。 彼は『サバイバーズ』の第2話「創世記」でデビューし、その後シリーズ全体にわたってレギュラー出演しました。また、ルチオ・フルチ監督のイタリアのホラー映画『ゾンビ』（1979年）、マリーノ・ジロラミ監督の『ゾンビ・ホロコースト』（1980年）、ルイジ・コッツィ監督の『コンタミネーション』（1980年）にも出...
