ニコール・エリザベス・エッグハート（1972年1月13日生まれ）は、アメリカの女優です。彼女の代表的な役には、シチュエーションコメディ『チャールズ・イン・チャージ』のジェイミー・パウエルや、テレビシリーズ『ベイウォッチ』のサマー・クインが含まれます。『スーパーマリオブラザーズ スーパショー！』や『ボーイ・ミーツ・ワールド』にゲスト出演しました。ライフタイムで初公開されたクリスマス映画にもいくつか出演しています。2010年にはVH1のリアリティ番組『セレブリティ・フィット・クラブ』に出場し、2013年にはABCのセレブダイビングショー『スプラッシュ』にも出演しました。
