ピーター・シーガー（1919年5月3日 - 2014年1月27日）は、アメリカのフォークシンガーであり社会活動家でした。1940年代には全国的なラジオの常連であり、1950年代初頭にはウィーバーズのメンバーとしてヒットレコードをいくつも出しました。特に、1950年に13週間チャートのトップに立ったリード・ベリーの「グッドナイト・アイリーン」の録音が有名です。ウィーバーズのメンバーはマッカーシー時代にブラックリストに載せられました。1960年代には、国際的な軍縮、民権、カウンターカルチャー、労働者の権利、環境問題を支持する抗議音楽の著名なシンガーとして公の場に再登場しました。
