ルパート・ウィリアム・ペンリー＝ジョーンズ（1970年9月22日生まれ）は、イギリスの俳優で、ウェールズの俳優ピーター・ペンリー＝ジョーンズとイギリスの女優アンジェラ・ソーンの息子です。彼はBBCのスパイドラマ『スプークス』でアダム・カーター役を演じたことで最も知られており、その他にも『シルク』、『ホワイトチャペル』、『ブラックセイルズ』などのテレビ番組での役でも知られています。
