チャド・スタヘルスキー（Charles F. Stahelski、1968年9月20日生まれ）は、アメリカのスタントマン、スタント俳優、映画製作者です。彼はアクション映画ジャンルにおいて非常に影響力のある人物と見なされています。彼はまずスタントパフォーマーおよびコーディネーターとして名声を得ており、特に『マトリックス』（1999年）でのキアヌ・リーブスの主要スタントダブルとして、またその最初の2作の続編での武道スタントコーディネーターとして知られています。その後、2014年の映画『ジョン・ウィック』を監督し、リーブスが主演を務め、その続編3作も手掛けました。
