チャド・スタヘルスキー（Charles F. Stahelski、1968年9月20日生まれ）は、アメリカのスタントマン、スタント俳優、映画製作者です。彼はアクション映画ジャンルにおいて非常に影響力のある人物と見なされています。彼はまずスタントパフォーマーおよびコーディネーターとして名を馳せ、特に『マトリックス』（1999年）でキアヌ・リーブスの主要スタントダブルとして、またその最初の2つの続編で武道スタントコーディネーターとして知られています。その後、2014年にリーブス主演の映画『ジョン・ウィック』を監督し、その3つの続編も手掛けました。
