イアン・ウィリアム・リチャードソン CBE（1934年4月7日 - 2007年2月9日）は、スコットランドの俳優で、BBCの『ハウス・オブ・カード』三部作におけるマキャヴェリズム的なトーリー政治家フランシス・アーキュハートの演技で最もよく知られています。また、彼はシェイクスピアの舞台俳優としても著名でした。
