ウィリアム・ディセンバー・"ビリー・ディー"・ウィリアムズ・ジュニア（1937年4月6日生まれ）は、アメリカの俳優、声優、アーティストです。彼は『スター・ウォーズ』フランチャイズのランド・カルリジアンとして最もよく知られており、1980年代初頭に初登場し、約40年後の『スカイウォーカーの夜明け』（2019年）にも出演しました。これは、アメリカ映画史において同じ俳優が同じキャラクターを演じる際の最も長い間隔の一つを記録しています。
