経歴・プロフィール
ダグラス・ヘンシャルは1965年11月にスコットランドのグラスゴーで生まれました。母親は看護師で、父親は営業マンでした。彼は三人兄弟の末っ子で、二人の姉がいます。バーヘッドで育ち、バーヘッド高校に通いました。学校に在学中、友人に誘われてグラスゴーにあるスコティッシュ・ユース・シアターに参加しました。学校を卒業後、ロンドンに移り、マウントビュー・シアター・スクールで訓練を受けました。訓練を終えた後、グラスゴーに戻り、7:84劇団に参加しました。最終的にはロンドンに戻り、劇場での仕事で批評家から高く評価されました。特に1993年のドンマー・ウェアハウスでの「ライフ・オブ・スタッフ」や1997年のヤ...
