アンバー・ニコール・ベンソン（1977年1月8日生まれ）は、アメリカの女優、作家、映画監督、映画プロデューサーです。彼女はテレビシリーズ『バフィー 〜恋する十字架〜』でのタラ・マクレイ役で最も知られていますが、自身の映画『チャンス』（2002年）や『ラバーズ、ライアーズ & ルナティックス』（2006年）でも監督、プロデューサー、主演を務めています。また、アダム・ブッシュと共に『ドローンズ』（2010年）の共同監督も務めています。
