経歴・プロフィール
テレビにおいて比較的新しい存在であるフロレンツ・エイムズは、ほとんどの人が引退を考える時期に、バーヴィルで歌とダンスを披露する男としてスタートしました。彼は妻アリス・"アデレイド"・ウィンソロップと共に小さなステージでよくパフォーマンスを行い、「エイムズとウィンソロップ」として、ウィンソロップが主役を演じるレビュー「アリス・イン・ブランダランド」に出演しました。彼はブロードウェイの舞台に移り、第一次世界大戦前から朝鮮戦争までの間に、オリジナルプロダクションの「オブ・ジー・アイ・シング」や「オクラホマ！」、さらにはいくつかのギルバート＆サリバンのオペラに出演しました。
