ヒュー・アンソニー・クウォーシー（1954年12月22日生まれ）は、ガーナ生まれのイギリスの舞台、テレビ、映画の俳優です。彼の最もよく知られた役には、映画『ハイランダー』（1986年）や『スター・ウォーズ エピソード1/ファントム・メナス』（1999年）への出演、そしてBBCの医療ドラマ『ホルビー・シティ』（2001年～現在）でのリック・グリフィン役が含まれます。
