ジャック・レオン・ルビー（本名：ヤコブ・レオン・ルーベンスタイン；1911年4月25日 - 1967年1月3日）は、アメリカのナイトクラブオーナーであり、シカゴ・アウトフィットの関係者とされる人物で、1963年11月24日にリー・ハーヴィー・オズワルドを殺害しました。これはオズワルドがジョン・F・ケネディ大統領の暗殺の容疑をかけられた2日後のことでした。ダラスの陪審はルビーをオズワルドの殺人罪で有罪とし、死刑を宣告しました。ルビーの有罪判決は後に控訴され、新たな裁判が認められることになりましたが、彼は刑務所で病気になり、1967年1月3日に肺癌による肺塞栓症で亡くなりました。
