ケビン・ワグナー・マーフィーは、1956年11月3日にアメリカ・イリノイ州リバーフォレストで生まれました。彼は俳優、作家、コメディアンであり、ペイボディ賞を受賞し、エミー賞にノミネートされたカルトTVシリーズ『ミステリー・サイエンス・シアター3000』でロボット・トム・サーボの長期にわたる声の役割で最もよく知られています。マーフィーは、J・エルビス・ワインスタインからメインの声の役割を引き継ぐ前に、作家およびアソシエイトプロデューサーとして活動していました。
