ルビー・キラー（本名：エセル・ヒルダ・キラー、1910年8月25日 - 1993年2月28日）は、女優、歌手、ダンサーであり、特にワーナー・ブラザースの初期の成功したミュージカル作品群、特に『42nd Street』（1933年）でディック・パウエルとのスクリーンでのカップリングで最も有名です。1928年から1940年まで、伝説的な歌手アル・ジョールソンと結婚していました。彼女は1940年代にショービジネスから引退しましたが、1971年にブロードウェイで広く報道されたカムバックを果たしました。
