サム・デ・グラス（1875年6月12日 - 1953年11月29日）はカナダの俳優である。彼はニューヨーク市に移り、1912年に最初の映画に出演した。 最初は標準的な脇役を演じていたが、カナダ人の仲間であるメアリー・ピックフォードが夫ダグラス・フェアバンクスと共に自身のスタジオを設立した際、彼も参加した。彼はフェアバンクスの1922年の映画『ロビン・フッド』で悪役のジョン王子を演じた。その後、彼は悪役専門の役者としての道を歩み始めた。 デ・グラスは成功した撮影監督ロバート・デ・グラスの叔父であった。
