サム・デ・グラス（1875年6月12日 - 1953年11月29日）は、カナダの俳優である。彼はニューヨーク市に渡り、1912年に初めての映画に出演した。 最初は標準的な脇役を演じていたが、カナダ出身の女優メアリー・ピックフォードが夫ダグラス・フェアバンクスと共に自身のスタジオを設立した際、彼は彼らに加わった。彼はフェアバンクスの1922年の映画『ロビン・フッド』で悪役のジョン王子を演じた。その後、彼は悪役専門の役者としての道を歩み始めた。 デ・グラスは、成功した撮影監督ロバート・デ・グラスの叔父であった。
