ルイ・フランシス・コステロ（1906年3月6日 - 1959年3月3日）は、アメリカの俳優でありコメディアンで、バッド・アボットとのコメディチーム「アボットとコステロ」の一員として最もよく知られています。コステロは、どじでぽっちゃりとした清潔感のあるイメージで、多くのアメリカ人に愛されてきました。また、「HEEEEYYY ABBOTT!!」という叫び声でも有名です。
