コンスタンティノス "コスタス" ガヴラス（ギリシャ語: Κωνσταντίνος "Κώστας" Γαβράς; 1933年2月12日生まれ）は、フランスで生活し、活動するギリシャ系フランス人の映画監督、脚本家、プロデューサーです。彼は、アカデミー賞外国語映画賞を受賞した政治スリラー『Z』（1969年）や、パルム・ドールとアカデミー賞最優秀脚色賞を受賞した『ミッシング』（1982年）など、政治的な映画で知られています。彼の映画のほとんどはフランス語で制作されていますが、英語で制作された作品も6本あり、その中には『ハンナK』も含まれています。
