イギリスの女優で、70年代のシットコム『マン・アバウト・ザ・ハウス』のミルドレッド・ローパー役で最も知られ、スピンオフの『ジョージとミルドレッド』にも出演していました。1927年に音楽家の両親ハースト・ニーダムとジェシカ・リヴェットのもとに生まれ、RADAで訓練を受け、ENSAと共にツアーを行い、ジョーン・リトルウッド・シアター・ワークショップを通じて名声を得ました。『アベンジャーズ』、『スーツケースの男』、『セイント』、『ジェイソン・キング』、そして『ステプトーと息子』などのテレビ番組や、『パンプキン・イーター』、『すべての季節の男』、『チャーリー・バブルズ』、『オール・ザ・ライト・ノイズ』...
