レナード・ロッシター（1926年10月21日 - 1984年10月5日）は、イギリスの俳優で、イギリスのコメディテレビシリーズ『ライジング・ダンプ』（1974–78）でのルパート・リグスビー役や、『レジナルド・ペリンの落ちぶれと再生』（1976–79）でのレジナルド・アイオランシー・ペリン役で知られています。また、彼は演劇界でも長いキャリアを持ち、ジョーン・コリンズと共演した一連のチンザーノのコマーシャル（1978–1983）である程度の名声を得ました。
