ラッセル・グリーソン（1908年2月6日 - 1945年12月25日）は、トーキー映画の初期にキャリアをスタートさせたアメリカの俳優です。演技の家族に生まれ、彼の最初の役の一つは、1930年のクラシック映画『西部戦線異状なし』でした。 成功した俳優キャリアの最中、グリーソンは第二次世界大戦中の1943年末にアメリカ陸軍に入隊しました。1945年12月、ニューヨーク市でヨーロッパへの派遣を待っている間に、ホテルの窓から転落して亡くなりました。彼は俳優のルシールとジェームズ・グリーソンの息子でした。
