ラッセル・グリーソン（1908年2月6日 - 1945年12月25日）は、トーキー映画の黎明期にキャリアをスタートさせたアメリカの俳優です。演技の家系に生まれ、彼の最初の重要な役の一つは、1930年の名作映画『西部戦線異状なし』でした。 成功した俳優キャリアの最中、グリーソンは第二次世界大戦中の1943年末にアメリカ陸軍に入隊しました。1945年12月、ニューヨーク市でヨーロッパへの配属を待っている最中、彼はホテルの窓から転落して亡くなりました。彼は俳優のルシールとジェームズ・グリーソンの息子です。
