ウォルター・フラナガン（1967年10月23日生まれ）は、元コミックストアのマネージャー、リアリティTVのパーソナリティ、ポッドキャスター、そしてコミックアーティストです。彼はケビン・スミスの長年の友人であり、スミスの著書『サイレント・ボブ・スピークス』によれば、フラナガンがスミスにコミックブックの魅力を教えたとされています。彼は以前、ニュージャージー州レッドバンクにある「ジェイとサイレント・ボブの秘密の隠れ家」を管理していました。
