ルドルフ・カメトビッチ・ヌレエフ（1938年3月17日 - 1993年1月6日）は、元ソビエト連邦出身のタタール人ダンサーであり、20世紀で最も称賛されるバレエダンサーの一人と見なされています。ヌレエフの芸術的なスキルは、ダンスの表現的な領域を探求し、かつては女性のサポートとしてのみ存在していた男性バレエダンサーに新たな役割を与えました。 彼は西側に亡命しましたが、KGBの阻止努力にもかかわらず実現しました。ピーター・ワトソンが調査したKGBのアーカイブによると、ニキータ・フルシチョフはヌレエフを殺害する命令に個人的に署名したとされています。
