経歴・プロフィール
ビル・ディーンは、リバプールのエヴァートンで生まれたイギリスの俳優です。彼はパトリック・アンソニー・コノリーとして生まれましたが、エヴァートンのサッカー伝説ウィリアム・「ディクシー」・ディーンにちなんでステージネームを取りました。さまざまな仕事を経て、ランカシャーのクラブコメディアンとしての活動がケン・ローチの目に留まり、彼のテレビドラマ『ゴールデン・ビジョン』でブレイクする役を得ました。平坦ながらも鋭いスカウス訛りで知られるディーンは、1983年から1990年まで放送されたチャンネル4のソープオペラ『ブルックサイド』で、気難しい年金生活者ハリー・クロスを演じました。彼は1999年に3エピソー...
