シェリル・アンダーウッド（1963年10月28日生まれ）は、アメリカのコメディアン、女優、テレビホストです。彼女は1989年のミラーライト・コメディサーチで初の女性ファイナリストとしてコメディ界で名を馳せました。BETのコメディ番組「コメディック・ビュー」のホストとして知られており、現在はCBSの昼のトークショー「ザ・トーク」の5人のホストの一人として活躍しています。この役割には2011年秋に初めて就きました。
