ジャーン・スターリング（本名：ジェーン・スターリング・アドリアンス；1921年4月3日 - 2004年3月26日）は、アメリカの女優です。1950年代に映画で最も活躍し、1954年の『ハイ・アンド・ザ・マイティ』での演技によりゴールデングローブ賞助演女優賞を受賞し、アカデミー賞助演女優賞にもノミネートされました。彼女の最高の演技は、ビリー・ワイルダーの1951年の『穴』での機会主義的な妻役を演じたカーク・ダグラスとの共演と考えられています。
