ジャスティン・カーク（1969年5月28日生まれ）は、アメリカの舞台および映画俳優です。彼はマイク・ニコルズの映画化「アメリカの天使」におけるプライヤー・ウォルター役で知られており（この役でミニシリーズ部門のエミー賞助演男優賞にノミネートされました）、ショウタイムの「ウィーズ」でアンディ・ボトウィンを演じたことで有名です。2012年8月現在、カークはNBCで自身の番組「アニマル・プラクティス」の主演を務めています。
