マーティン・ヘンリー・バルサム（1919年11月4日 - 1996年2月13日）は、アメリカのキャラクター俳優です。彼は、アルフレッド・ヒッチコックの『サイコ』（1960年）での探偵ミルトン・アーバゴスト、アカデミー賞助演男優賞を受賞した『千の道化師』（1965年）のアーノルド・バーンズ、映画『12人の怒れる男』（1957年）の陪審員#1、『ペルハム123』（1974年）のミスター・グリーンなど、多くの映画の役で最もよく知られています。また、テレビシットコム『アーチー・バンカーの場所』（1979年–1983年）でのマレー・クラインの役でも知られています。
