フィリップ・コーンウェル（1957年10月5日生まれ）は、イギリスのコメディアン、俳優、モノマネ師、作家である。彼は、テレビとラジオシリーズ「デッド・リンガーズ」の一員としてイギリスで広く知られており、バーチャルバンド「ゴリラズ」のムルドック・ニッカールズの声として国際的な認知を得た。コーンウェルは「グラム・メタル・ディテクティブ」と「ステラ・ストリート」で主要な役を共同執筆し、演じた。また、「アイム・アラン・パートリッジ」と「アルファ・パパ」のDJデイブ・クリフトンとしても知られている。
