マーシャ・メイソン（1942年4月3日生まれ）は、アメリカの女優および演劇監督です。 彼女は『シンデレラ・リバティ』、『グッバイ・ガール』、『チャプター・ツー』、および『笑うときだけ』での演技により、主演女優賞で4回アカデミー賞にノミネートされました。また、1986年の映画『ハートブレイク・リッジ』での主演でも知られています。メイソンは1973年から1983年までの10年間、彼女が出演した多くの映画を手がけた劇作家兼脚本家のニール・サイモンと結婚していました。
