マーシャ・メイソン（1942年4月3日生まれ）は、アメリカの女優および演劇監督です。 彼女は『シンデレラ・リバティ』、『グッバイ・ガール』、『チャプター・ツー』、および『オーリー・ウェン・アイ・ラフ』での演技により、主演女優賞で4回のアカデミー賞ノミネートを受けました。また、1986年の映画『ハートブレイク・リッジ』に出演したことで知られています。メイソンは、彼女が出演した多くの映画を手掛けた劇作家兼脚本家のニール・サイモンと10年間（1973年～1983年）結婚していました。
